The location is perfect, very well situated with everything nearby. However, the staff's service is disappointing. On several occasions, they refused to assist or were noticeably unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the place has great potential if they improved their customer service. The buffet was always the same for breakfast.

Staff is friendly and pool area is lovely. But room is depressing and food is poor.
Good place if you're coming with kids for a while. Not a great place if you're adults only stopping for one night. Inconvenient location.

Staff were friendly and welcoming
Joseph at front desk went above his duty to assist us with booking a trip to the falls.
Property was beautiful and clean
Dining room lovely
Breakfast included was the usual continental type but filling and more than enough available food.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable!
Loved this tranquil setting.
The value was excellent for this property

I found the staff around the hotel, mainly reception to be friendly, always smiled. The staff in spa were lovely. I received a facial and a full body massage. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had name of lady who did both treatments, as she was lovely.
